There’s a question that every leader should be able to answer:
What does it mean to be a successful team leader?
The answer isn’t supposed to be a secret - and neither is the question. Other than your favorite boss, most people don’t know the answer or the question.
People in leadership roles quickly learn that they need a dedicated set of leadership-specific skills. Most leaders need help and they need it fast. But before you can learn the skills and do the job right, you must understand the job and thus the question.
At Closed Loop Systems our goal is to help leaders succeed.
